Moon is a short haired domestic shadow tabby. This beautiful grey girl has a sweet but skittish personality. She has been through a lot in her short life, including giving birth to a litter of kittens and being surrendered by her last owner. She has experienced a lot of upheaval and is looking for a calm, loving home to decompress in. Once she feels safe and comfortable, Moon is an affectionate, friendly cat.
Moon has an autoimmune issue that results in chronic bacterial infections that present with a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes and coughing. Her future adopter will have to be comfortable with regular vet care and a health regime designed to minimize her discomfort including regular medication. She takes nasal drops and oral medication often.
Because of her chronic health issues, Moon must be the only pet in your home. Ideally, we think she would thrive in a calm home without a lot of noise or busy activity.
