Why visit Catoro Cat Cafe?
Making a difference
We provide an accessible location for rescue cats to be housed while waiting for adoption. Some shelters seem cold and sad, but Catoro offers a positive, uplifting perspective on adopting a rescue cat. Our cats run free and can express their unique personalities! This also helps to rehabilitate many cats that were previously anti-social or had other personality challenges.
We're proud to say we've found homes for over 600 cats since opening in July of 2019!
Animal therapy
We also serve as a community space for people who perhaps cannot own pets of their own, or anyone who wants to experience the therapeutic powers of animal therapy. Time around cats can help with relieving stress, anxiety and depression. In our busy day-to-day lives, petting a cat or having one sit on your lap can be a much-needed moment of calm.
Since opening, we've had nearly 30,000 Cat Forest visits, with many guests returning regularly just for the joy of being around cats.
Admission Options
We currently offer two admission options:
- 50 minutes for admission - $18 per person
With a reduced Cat Forest capacity, your visit should be more personal with more time to bond with our kitties!
Reservations Recommended
We HIGHLY encourage you to pre-book before you visit Catoro. Our maximum capacity is a lot lower so now it's even more important to book before visiting.
