Pistachio

Pistachio is a male domestic shorthair orange and white tabby cat available for adoption at Catoro Cat Cafe in East Vancouver. 

Pistachio came to Catoro along with his siblings Peanut, Filbert, Cashew and their mama Acorn. Pistachio is very shy and fearful of humans but we are hoping that with gentle socialization and lots of positive reinforcement, we can encourage these sweet babies to open up and trust us. Pistachio has had less positive interactions with humans as he needed eyedrops and other medical care, and while he will sometimes start purring with some gentle pets and treats, for the most part he will still hiss and run away from us. He's fantastic with other cats and loves to play even if the toy is attached to a human. He's also very curious and loves to watch what you're doing. We hope to find his perfect human who will understand how rewarding it is to work with shy and fearful cats and watch them blossom.

Pistachio would love to be adopted along with one of his siblings or his mama.
