Age:1-2 years old
Moxie has a very sad backstory and was brought to a shelter as part of a cruelty case where she suffered traumatic physical abuse. It’s difficult to believe that Moxie was ever treated poorly when you see how sweet and loving she is. Despite her amiable and playful nature, she has permanent brain damage from her physical abuse and is unable to walk like a normal kitty does. She still functions unbelievably well and is able to eat and use her litter box like any other kitty would - just a little more horizontally! While Moxie will need a slightly different approach than other cats her age, she is not a difficult case for a disabled kitty, and she will reciprocate any affection you give her with unending kisses!
