Peter is a sweet and energetic boy who's looking for a comfy sofa to claim as his own. He loves people and being the centre of attention (almost as much as he loves food!), and is a great conversation partner. He isn’t a fan of other cats and would do best in a home thats quiet and calm. However, he doesn't mind being handled/held and can play for long periods of time which makes him a great companion. When he’s had a day full of watching birds from the window and playing with ribbons or the laser pointer, he loves to snuggle up for a good night’s rest - preferably on your pillow so he can serenade you with some purring.
Peter is FIV+. This does not affect his day-to-day health but means he is immunocompromised and is more likely to get sick and have complications from illness. FIV can be spread through deep bites and Peter can be quite aggressive around other cats, so he would do best in a home with no cats. His future adopter must be prepared for an elevated level of medical care for him later in life.
