AGE: 10 months
Billy was part of TNR program in Saudi Arabia.He was found with his sister, unfortunately his sister Lizzie passed away and Billy was left by himself. Despite being a street cat, Billy has the BIGGEST heart. He is probably the most affectionate kitty we’ve ever had. He will shower you with kisses from head to toe every second of every day. Every time Billy sees you he acts like it's been ages and is super eager to hug you and kiss you. Billy is quite vocal and can hit any note better than Adele can. If you need constant attention and validation Billy is your man.
